What are the components of the automatic insertion force tester? what's the effect?

 

(A) Fixed crossbar:

With this crossbar, it can be used to fix load cells and match fixtures above. It can be moved up and down by loosening the crossbar, but it must be used with the (B) retaining ring to prevent the entire fixed crossbar from falling down and causing any damage.

 

(B) Fixed ring:

This fixed ring can assist in moving the cross bar as a support.

 

Note: If you want to raise the mobile crossbar upwards, first loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the mobile crossbar, then move the mobile crossbar up to the position, and then lock the fixed screws. Then, loosen the retaining ring and move it under the moving crossbar to lock it.

 

To lower the moving crossbar down, first loosen the retaining ring, move it to position and lock it. Then loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the moving crossbar (please support by hand before loosening to prevent the moving crossbar from falling down due to gravity), slowly move down to the position of the fixing ring, and lock the two sides Just fix the screws.

 

(C) Moving the crossbar:

This fixed cross bar is mainly connected to the upper and lower transmission mechanism, and is used as the standard for stroke movement during testing.

 

(D) Load element fixing bolt:

The main function of this bolt is to fix the load element on the moving crossbar, and its size is M6. When fixing the load element, please confirm its locking to avoid affecting the load test data.

 

(E) Load element:

During the test, the sensing device used to detect the test force. The test fixture can be fixed on the sensing end to facilitate the fixing and measurement of the object to be measured. Note: The surface of each load cell is marked with a larger load specification. Although this machine has an overload protection function, it is still recommended not to exceed its specifications.

 

(F) Fixture plate:

This jig tray can be used for fixed jigs. It can be used with jigs fixed on the load cell sensing end to perform various tests according to the product.

 

(G) Machine body:

Where the main drive structure and control circuit of the machine are placed, please do not disassemble it by yourself. If you find any abnormality during the test, please contact the technical staff.

 

(H) Operation panel:

For details, please refer to Chapter 4—Operation Panel Function Description.

 

(I) Foot stand:

When the machine is placed on the platform and shake is found, the height of the front and rear feet can be adjusted, so that the machine can be tested in a stable environment. (Please try to keep the machine level stable during the test)

 

(J) Upper and lower limit adjustment device:

a) Upper limit adjustment ring:

This adjustment ring is used to set the highest point of the machine. It has been adjusted in place before leaving the factory. Do not change its position at will.

 

b) Upper limit adjustment ring:

It is used to set the upper limit stop position for the fixed crossbar to move upwards. A small knob is attached to the ring. After adjustment, the adjustment ring can be moved to an appropriate position. When the stopper on the fixed crossbar contacts the adjustment ring, the machine stops Move up.

 

c) Lower limit adjustment ring:

It is used to set the lower limit stop position for the fixed crossbar to move downwards. A small knob is attached to the ring. After adjustment, the adjustment ring can be moved to an appropriate position. When the stopper on the fixed crossbar contacts the adjustment ring, the machine stops Move Downward.

 

d) Lower limit adjustment ring:

This adjustment ring is used to set the lowest point of the machine. It has been adjusted in place before leaving the factory. Do not change its position at will.
