I. Product Description: Salt spray testing machine is used to test the corrosion of various materials after surface treatment, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic coatings, anodic treatment, antirust oil and other anti-corrosion treatments.
II. Product characteristics:
1. Using program-controlled control system, continuous salt spray (ASTM standard) or periodic salt spray (GB standard) can be selected.
2. Automatic/manual water adding system is adopted, which can automatically supplement the water level when the water level is insufficient, and the test will not be interrupted.
3. Precision glass nozzle (PYREX) mist diffuses evenly and naturally falls on the test piece, ensuring no crystal salt blockage.
4. Double overtemperature protection and insufficient water level warning are attached to ensure safe use.
5. The temperature controller uses digital character display and PID control, with an error of ±0.1℃
6. The laboratory adopts steam direct heating mode, with fast and uniform heating speed and reduced standby time.
7. The spray tower is equipped with a conical disperser, which has the functions of guiding fog, adjusting fog amount and uniformly dropping fog amount.
8. The saturated air tank is heated and humidified by Henry's law and provides the humidity required for the test.
9. Test temperature: brine test: laboratory temperature 35℃, saturated barrel temperature 47℃
10. Corrosion test: laboratory temperature 50℃, saturated barrel temperature 63℃
11. The tests that can be carried out are: (neutral salt spray test) NSS (acid salt spray test) ASS (copper salt accelerated acetic acid test) CASS
12. The Bernoulli principle is adopted to suck saline water and then atomize it. The atomization degree is uniform and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing.
13. The spray volume is adjusted to 1-2mi (mi/2000 px/h) (16-hour average).

15. Nozzle: made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the size of spray volume and spray angle
