Use

The needle flame testing machine is a needle burner with a specified size (φ 0.9mm), which uses specific gas (butane) to apply the test sample at a fixed angle of 45. The ignition risk of small flame caused by fault conditions inside the equipment is evaluated according to whether the test sample is ignited, the holding time and the combustion length. Needle flame test is a simulation test item using small flame ignition source program according to IEC60695 -11-5, GB/T5169.5-2008, GB4706.1-2005 and other standards. It is applicable to the research, production and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic equipment and its components and components, such as lighting, low-voltage electrical appliances, household electrical appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motors, electric tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors, accessories, etc. It is also applicable to the industries of insulating materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials.
