I. Scope of application

The equipment is suitable for bicycle safety performance testing.

III.Test Principle

Used to measure the minimum dismounting torque of the wheel axle nut of the bicycle, apply a certain force symmetrically in the direction of the dismounting force of the front wheel or rear wheel respectively, and check whether there is relative displacement after holding for 30 seconds.

IV. Test Methods

1. Fix the front wheel of the bicycle according to the standard;

2. Turn on the power supply, set the force application value on the touch screen, and set the force application time on the timer;

3, Factory has been set for 30 seconds;

4. Press the execute key to execute the test. The machine will automatically apply force to the test piece. When the set value is reached, the timer will start timing. When the set time is reached, the machine will automatically stop applying force.

5. After the test is completed, remove the test piece to check whether there is relative displacement between the front axle and the front fork, and judge whether it is qualified;

6. Assemble the rear wheel of the bicycle according to the standard and repeat step 2.3.1 to test the clamping force of the rear wheel.

The software itself contains detailed operating instructions, and a set of detailed operating instructions are attached at the same time. The computer can be compatible with OS/2.NOVELL.UNIX.WINDOWS NT and other networks and multiple users. The operating system is suitable for various software packages compatible with PC. The execution of the testing software can automatically print various reports.
